This area is the "museum" for Single Volunteers of Calgary. It is a place to get an idea of the various activities that we participate in.

Loose Moose Theatre - Social Event (Nov 12)
Come on out to the Loose Moose Theatre for some improvisational comedy.
The show starts at 800pm, tickets are $7.00. Meet out front by 745pm if you can. Marcin will be there on the lookout for SVCalgary people.
For the late night sort, we may go to the King Eddy for a little blues music afterwards.

SVCalgary Pub Night (Nov. 25)
Our monthly pub night. We will be meeting, again, at the Rose & Crown on 4th St. starting at 5:30pm.

Operation Christmas Child (Nov. 20, 24)
Get into the Christmas spirit by volunteering for Operation Christmas Child. We will primarily be working in the warehouse looking through boxes for "innapropriate" items (such as perishables). There may also be a need for some people to pack shipping containers.
Location: 2150 - 29th St. NE (near Sunridge Mall)

Mustard Seed - Meal Service (Dec 15, 17)
We will plan to meet somewhere for supper in the area for those of you who can make it by at least 5:30 p.m. For those that can't make until the event starts, we will have to arrange to meet at the Mustard Seed.
