This area is the "museum" for Single Volunteers of Calgary. It is a place to get an idea of the various activities that we participate in.***January 2000The following pages show events we participated in during January 2000:Mustard Seed - Meal Service (Jan 22)Starting in January, we will have a monthly event at the Mustard Seed to help with food service, etc.. Note: we will ask for sign-ups each month - you do not need to make a regular monthly commitment for this.We will need 8 people for the event.***January Pub Night (Jan 27)Our monthly pub night. We usually gather at the Rose & Crown pub on 4th St SW starting at 530pm. We have our own reserved area, often the whole second floor!Come out and meet other Single Volunteer members and meet some of the Board members. We usually have an announcement or two and invite discussion about possible social events or volunteer events.*** |
