Kira's Day (June7)

DESCRIPTION: Kira's Day - raises money for the children's hospital in memory of Kira.

We helped with this event last year, and our volunteers really enjoyed
themselves. This is a very heart-warming grass roots event. The theme this year is Jeans and Jewels, an evening of casual chic. You can sign up using the form below and read more about it and the organization at www.kirasday.org


DATE: Sat June 7 2008

TIME:  6:30 pm - approx Midnight

DUTIES: Selling raffle tickets, assisting with the silent auction,
facilitating the Wii tournament, registration of guests / ticket holders,
ongoing clean up if necessary, assisting caterers with food and clean up, other miscellaneous

VOLUNTEER PERKS: hen you are not on shift, you are welcome to participate in the event. There will be a silent auction, live auction and a Wii tournament.
Volunteers get food and non-alcoholic drinks (no alcohol consumption on shift).

SIGN UP DEADLINE: Saturday May 31 2008 (we will confirm when closed or full)
