Boots, Boas and Bingo Gala -May 15

DESCRIPTION:  We have been asked to volunteer at the 2nd Annual Boots, Boas and Bingo Gala Charity dinner in support of the Calgary Homeless foundation. Their inaugural event in 2007 was a huge success.

The evening is a unique fundraiser, guest play 7 bingo games. The last game is a chance to win a 2008 Toyota Tundra.

The event is a “cowboy formal”. So you know what will work for volunteer attire :-)

VOLUNTEER DUTIES: Our volunteers will be working at the registration desk, registering guests when they arrive. Then some of that team will move into raffle sales or bingo sales or ushering.

DATE: Thursday May 15, 2008

TIME: 4:30 pm until approximately 10 pm (note: this is a weekday)

LOCATION: Central C-Train Accessible

SIGN UP DEADLINE: May 6, 2008
Confirmation emails will be sent out after the deadline and the event has
been processed or after the event is full, which ever is last.
