If you're tired of the trendy and impersonal, and ready for something genuine and fun, keep reading. Single Volunteers provides an atmosphere where single people can develop new friendships and relationships while giving back to the community.

Single Volunteers was envisioned as an alternative to bars, personal ads, blind dates and dating services. Our team leaders work with interested non-profit organizations to find projects in which singles have a chance to meet others while performing worthwhile and productive services in the community. Projects we participate in cover a full range of causes, and there are activities for everyone. Single Volunteers is a not-for-profit organization, and that means that there are no membership fees or dues. All we ask is that you follow the membership rules and come to help and have fun.

Single Volunteers is a national organization and was originally founded in Vermont in 1995. Single Volunteers has grown to include chapters across the US and Internationally, adding new chapters every year. Visit the national website at www.singlevolunteers.org for more information on the history of Single Volunteers.
