statement expressing that you have read our volunteer agreement and
agree to abide by it. Also include in your email the requested
information below. Within a few days you should receive a reply and be
given instructions for the next step.
Volunteer Agreement
I hereby release Single Volunteers of Las Vegas and its administrators, team leaders, organizers, volunteers, and any other person or persons acting on behalf of Single Volunteers of Las Vegas from any claims arising from my participation in the organization.
I also agree that Single Volunteers Las Vegas holds no responsibility for the outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between myself and another person that I might meet through this organization. In accepting a date or otherwise agreeing to meet with another member, whether within an Single Volunteers Las Vegas-sponsored volunteer event or on my own time, I take sole responsibility for any actions that might occur during that date or meeting, and agree to hold Single Volunteers Las Vegas, and its organizers and members free from any liability.
I agree not to initiate any claim against Single Volunteers Las Vegas or its coordinators resulting from either volunteer, social, or dating activities.
By submitting this form I certify that I have read and do understand all terms contained within the Single Volunteers of Las Vegas Volunteer Agreement described above.
